I had health problems that no one could figure out, since the time I was born. This taught me to relate with compassion, to keep looking for answers when the medical community says there are none, and to decode the story your symptoms are telling.
Solving stuck symptoms often requires radical healing from the inside out. Not only do we have to address a wide range of physical imbalances from genetic susceptibilities to poor gut and hormone health, to toxic & infectious exposures, we also have to take a look at your trauma, your mental health, and your relationships.
I want you to own your health- to feel great in your body, make it through the day without crashing, sleep hard at night, and eat every meal without feeling sick.
