Preparing for SOT: What to Know Before and After Your Infusion

Supportive Oligonucleotide Therapy (SOT) is a powerful tool to silence chronic infections or tumor cells at the genetic level. Preparation matters to get the most from your treatment.
Here's how to optimize your results, avoid setbacks, and support your body before and after your SOT infusion.
Before Your SOT Infusion

We always start with the right testing to confirm what we’re targeting. For chronic infections, we’ll need a positive PCR or antibody test within the past six months. For cancer-related SOT, we use RGCC blood work to detect circulating tumor cells (CTCs).
Once confirmed, a small blood draw (15–30ml) is taken and sent to the RGCC lab, where your unique pathogen or tumor DNA is analyzed. A custom SOT molecule is then developed to match your biology precisely.
What to Pause Before Treatment—and Why
To allow SOT to do its job effectively, we need to avoid anything that could interfere with its precision or cause unnecessary strain on your system.
Antibiotics, antivirals, anti-parasitics (oral or IV): Stop 14 days before
IV Vitamin C, methylene blue, ozone therapy, colloidal silver: Pause for 14 days
Herbal or natural antimicrobials targeting the same infection: Pause for 14 days
For cancer patients: Stop chemotherapy or radiation 14–21 days prior
Why? SOT works by silencing the target. Adding antimicrobial treatments during this time can interfere with the immune response or overwhelm the system, reducing effectiveness.
After Your SOT Infusion
Once SOT is in your system, it can work continuously for up to 6 months. Give your body space to respond without interference.
Avoid antibiotics, antivirals, and antiparasitics for 7 days (viral/Lyme targets)
Cancer protocols: No cytotoxic treatments for 14 days post-infusion
No major blood draws for 8 days after SOT
Avoid PEMF, HBOT, or Rife treatments for 7 days after
How Safe Is It?
SOT is well-tolerated, with thousands of successful infusions worldwide. The most common side effects are mild—fatigue, headache, and flu-like symptoms. These are often signs that your immune system is responding to pathogen die-off. We monitor for tumor lysis symptoms in cancer, especially with enormous tumor burdens.
Every Target Needs Its Own SOT
Each SOT molecule is custom-designed for one virus, Lyme strain, or tumor signature. If you're addressing multiple infections, you'll need a separate SOT for each one. This is what makes the therapy so precise—and so powerful.
